I have over 20 years of experience mostly into recruitment while I started from Training, managing a IBM Training Center as a Center Head in Noida.
My Last assignment was Head of Talent Acquisition for India with Ness Digital Engineering, a MNC IT Company. Prior to that with Wipro Technologies for 10 years in various capacities as Sourcing Head for India to Wipro Digital Hiring Head and my last stint as Apps & Data Hiring Head.
I love mentoring and building skills amongst youth.
